Ballena Academy is a bilingual PK–12 school in Playa Hermosa, Costa Ballena, where classes are 15 students or fewer and teachers have the autonomy to teach the students in front of them.
We're drawn to educators who know their subject, pay attention to how students learn, and bring curiosity and creativity to their classroom. As a growing school, we also value people who want to contribute ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and help shape what Ballena becomes.
